💡 Tips from the Mas team for a successful ride

💧 Hydration: Water is a priority. Even for a short ride, carry at least 1 liter per person. In summer, temperatures rise quickly and water points are rare in the hills. Bring a small snack (energy bars or nuts) as well.
🛡️ Safety: Helmets are essential. The sun is strong; apply sunscreen and wear sunglasses to protect from UV rays and dust.
🌲 Respect Nature: Access to the hills is strictly regulated from June to September due to fire risks. Check the "Envie de Balade" app or the prefecture website before heading out. Stay on marked trails to protect our fragile biodiversity.
📱 Tech: Ensure your phone is fully charged. Apps like Komoot or Outdooractive are excellent for navigating the trails around the Mas.
